Ristorante alla Borsa - Always close to those who love intense emotions: A magical winter stroll in Borghetto for Saint Valentine's Day or to admire the sunset reflected in the clear waters of Lake Garda.
We look forward to your visit for an experience as new and ancient as the Carnival. Not only in Venice but the entire Veneto region. From Lake Garda to the Laguna, everyone dresses in Bright and Colourful clothing to chase away the Gray of Winter with Masks and Confetti! Haughty and elegant masks in the cold....yet opulent, like in the 18th century!

And so are our new dishes to celebrate the Patron Saint of Lovers, Saint Valentine, in the Land of Malco and Silvia, or the Carnival 2012. You'll find them on our table from January 16 until February 21. We'll rekindle the legendary fire of life and light your culinary path for the New Year like a bright star.

• Smoked Lario salmon trout on a salad of citrus and fennel
• Egg drop soup with Custoza Broccoli
• Artichoke, parsley and Robiola cheese stuffed tortelli with Veneto   DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• Tortelli stuffed with duck, fragrant with thyme and browned butter
• Carnival Gnocchi with old-style tomato sauce or with cheese and   fresh pepper
• Beef Carpaccio with artichokes or porcini mushrooms
• Pork fillet, gaucho style
• Breast of guinea fowl with prunes and mashed potatoes...
• Unique, and Romantic Rose cake with our pears in syrup, invented   for Isabella D'Este
• Tart with fig jam and crème anglaise
• Marron glacé semifreddo with steaming chocolate...
• Cushiony Panna Cotta, a delight to the palate...a soft embrace and,   like Saint Valentine's Day,....passionate
• And the traditional Carnival Sweets

We have expanded our menu with delicacies. The Joy of Carnival will be a precursor for Abundance in the New Year.
